group classes without a refund and must sign up for private lessons before going back to group

No reactive dogs will not be permitted in group classes. It is unfair to other dogs in the class. It can be very disruptive and unproductive to
other dogs in the class. They must start out in private lessons first. Reactive does not always mean aggressive, dogs who constantly bark at
other dogs or people in excitement are "reactive" to the group setting and private lessons will help give you the skills needed to participate
and move on to group classes.
